Contracts Manager
Is this you? we are seeking to recruit a Contracts Manager to manage an MTC Responsive Repairs Team. The role will involve working closely with existing clients and stakeholders. You will also need to have the ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues, customers and other key stakeholders.

About the role
- Building and maintaining a strong client partnership relationship and provide a day-to-day client advice and support.
- Maintaining tight operational control, and making sure that the operational teams have a clear understanding of their job role, and its importance to the contract
- Providing leadership to colleagues and developing an engaged workforce
- Responsible for performance reviews, recruitment and other aspects of HR
- Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customers/clients to demonstrate performance and understanding of their needs
- Achievement targets/KPI’s
- Be accountable for cost control; wages, overhead management and expenses
What you will need
Required criteria
- Proven experience of delivering operational excellence and managing teams.
- Experience of delivering business P&L financial targets.
- Team orientated - an advocate of leading your team from the front, creating drive and ambition within your teams to maximise development and opportunities of both the business and individuals
- Strong communication skills with people at all levels of the business
- Ability to work on own initiative, setting standards for others and measuring performance
