Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant ready for your next challenge?Join our expanding team at Driver Provider UK, a well-established Driving and Logistics recruitment agency, as we launch our brand-new office in Bristol.
We’re looking for driven, motivated, and experienced consultants with a background in Transport, Logistics, or Industrial recruitment to help us grow our presence and build successful desks from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing the full 360 recruitment process – from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Developing your own desk within the Transport, Logistics, or Industrial sectors.
Working towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Staying proactive in a busy setting, managing priorities, and delivering results under pressure.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within Transport, Logistics, or Industrial recruitment.
A strong 360 background with a track record of success in business development and client retention.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure.
A team player who can also work independently and take ownership of their desk.
