Chef de Partie for 5* Hotel Bar/Lounge

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dedicated culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity precision, and a strong work ethic to maintain and elevate our high standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
Maximise guest satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality food within budgeted cost margins.
Ensure strict adherence to hotel standards for food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation.
Maintain adequate stock levels and readiness across all stations.
Collaborate with senior chefs to coordinate preparation and service for à la carte, functions, breakfast, room service, and group bookings.
Uphold consistency in seasoning, portioning, and visual presentation of dishes.
Foster strong working relationships within the kitchen and across food & beverage departments.
Demonstrate initiative and teamwork, with the ability to work independently when required.
Prepare mis-en-place thoroughly and proactively for upcoming service periods.
Contribute innovative ideas to menu development and food presentation.
Maintain rigorous hygiene, safety and HACCP standards at all times.
Adapt quickly and efficiently to last-minute changes in guest reservations or service needs.
Thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and quality.
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience in a similar role ideally within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
Genuine passion for cooking and a flair for creativity.
Strong understanding of food trends and presentation techniques.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
