Domestic Assistant - Bank/Relief £12.21ph
We are currently seeking a Domestic Assistant, working on a bank/relief basis, supplementing our current team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the home according to our cleaning schedule.
Supporting a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and visitors.
Assisting the Head Housekeeper in identifying any needed repairs or maintenance in the home.
Following infection control policies and completing cleaning documentation in line with company policies.
Engaging with residents respectfully and comfortably, creating a positive atmosphere in line with their lifestyle preferences.
Performing deep-cleaning duties as required, ensuring thorough attention to detail and adherence to our care standards.
About the role
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
Complying with all health and safety regulations, including attending required training.
Maintaining a safe environment by ensuring all equipment and chemicals are handled responsibly and safely.
Completing necessary risk assessments for chemical use and adhering to data sheet instructions.
Following manual handling protocols for any heavy lifting required in the role.

What We Ask in Return:
Previous cleaning experience is preferred, ideally in a care home setting.
A caring individual who is reliable, attentive to detail, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and adhere to cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
