Waking Night Care Assistant
🚗 Waking Night Care Assistants Wanted – Walfinch Norwich
At Walfinch, we believe quality care starts with quality people. We are expanding our award-winning team and are looking for dedicated Waking Night Care Assistants to deliver exceptional support to clients across Norwich and Norfolk.
What You’ll Do:
Provide personal and continence care.
Assist with meals, snacks and household tasks.
Uphold dignity, privacy, and respect in every interaction.
Support with needs of palliative care clients
Repositioning pressure care as required
Provide companionship to our clients.
About the role
What We Offer:
Competitive pay rates of £14.50 per hour.
Enhancements for bank holidays.
Guaranteed hours + flexible contracts (FT, PT, Zero Hours).

UK driving licence & access to a car (preferred).
Experience in care welcome but not essential (training provided).
