Accounts Administrator
Reporting to the Site Accountant, you will be a key member of the accounts department and will be responsible for the daily preparation of lodgements and reconciliation of cash books and will assist in maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers.
About the role
The role will require you to perform some of the following duties
· Preparation of daily lodgements and reconciling and posting to the appropriate ledgers
· Assistance with bank reconciliations
· Reconciliation of sales ledger accounts and assistance with credit control
· Processing purchase invoices
· Verification of purchase invoices and identification and investigation of discrepancies
· Assistance with monthly balance sheet reconciliations
· Analysis of monthly credit card expenditure
· Assistance with Vat and Intrastat returns
· Preparation of ad-hoc reports for management
· Liaising with other departments within the site and external suppliers and manufacturers
· Additional ad-hoc duties to support the finance department
Full training on systems and process’s will be provided to ensure that all work completed complies with Donnelly Group, manufacturer and industry guidelines.

What you will need
Required criteria
- Previous experience within a busy accounts office is preferrable but full training will be provided
- IT Literate with strong numeracy and Microsoft Excel Skills
- Attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work unsupervised and plan workloads effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
