THE ROLE

Working as part of a busy but friendly team, reporting to the Administration Manager

  • Will incorporate a combination of administration duties and telephone work

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multi task is essential

  • Ability to work within a team and manage your desk effectively

  • Must be proficient in MS Office

  • Full training given on our bespoke systems.

Due to our location, you will need to be a driver / car owner (we are not accessible by bus or train)

Hours are 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday -Friday)

About the role

DUTIES

Responsible for producing  “job packs”, which includes creating and processing maps

Liaison with various Supervisors by telephone and face to face

Part of the role is to answer queries, via email and telephone both from internal and external sources, and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
