Client Relationship Executive
Healix are seeking to hire a highly motivated and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of insurance and corporate clients across the United States, with occasional responsibilities in the wider North America region. You will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring operational excellence, identifying commercial opportunities, and driving account growth. This is a relationship-led role requiring strong communication skills, commercial insight, and a proactive approach to business development.
What we are looking for
• Demonstrated experience in account management, business development, or sales within the insurance / broker / or corporate sectors.• Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to grow client accounts.• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.• Willingness to travel occasionally across the US.
Preferred Experience
• Background in international assistance, financial services, or corporate benefits.• Understanding of the US insurance market structures and trends.

About the role
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
• Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of insurance and corporate clients.
• Lead client meetings, including monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee contract renewals and ensure compliance with service agreements.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using Salesforce and internal systems.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Business Development
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts and new leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team on lead qualification and tender submissions.
• Support client onboarding and proposal development.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.
• Deliver client and internal reporting, including operational performance data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet reporting and service requirements.
Operational & Sales Support
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases.
• Support the Director of Sales in achieving growth targets.
