About the role
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Developing a strategy for the continued direction of the brand.
• Ensuring alignment and execution of brand strategy across all channels.
• Creating & approving digital/content materials for social, email, web & other marketing campaigns.
• Implementing and evolving brand guidelines consistently across all touchpoints.
• Managing the execution, tracking and optimisation of marketing campaigns.
• Analysing market trends and identifying opportunities for BLK BOX to activate & engage with target audience & clients.
• Developing and delivering experiences that accelerate brand engagement, internally and externally.
• Collaborating and engaging with other teams to deliver on the brand promise with excellence and consistency.
• Managing insight and brand tracking, ensuring these areas are the driver behind decision making.

What you will need
Required criteria
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels.
- Strong knowledge of training equipment and industry trends.
- Deep understanding of key social media platforms and how they are used by individuals and brands (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ and Instagram, for example.)
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, and ability to use insight to develop future campaigns.
- Strong digital skillset, with an understanding of all marketing functions.
- The ability to build rapport through all forms of communication I.e., telephone, email, face to face meetings etc.
- Outstanding ability to multi-task and constantly prioritise with an often-conflicting workload.
- Willingness to travel to events and activations when representing BLK BOX (events can fall over weekends).
Desired criteria
- Marketing Degree or relevant business qualification.
- Experience in a brand management/development role – planning, executing, and measuring campaigns.
- Previous experience managing people or project teams.
