Receptionist
TBC Dungannon are looking for a Receptionist with administrative duties for maternity cover.
Reporting to the Office Supervisor the successful candidate will be a key member of the team and will focus on providing an efficient and effective reception and administrative support for the Sales and Motability division.
The Role:
You will provide a positive first impression of the Company via our phone service, greeting customers and offering advice on the location of appropriate services. You will deal efficiently and effectively with incoming telephone calls and queries, recording telephone enquiries and distributing to the relevant staff.
Your role will also include sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post and any other general administration support to other functions as required.
About the role
The Person:
The successful candidate will be professional and friendly with a good telephone manner. You will possess a good standard of education and preferably six months to one year experience of operating a busy switchboard. You will also be a strong administrator and it would be ideal if you had previous customer service experience. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.

- Excellent IT skills, experience using Microsoft packages
