As part of our exciting growth plans for 2025 and beyond, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator/Service Advisor to join our successful Fleet team. You will be an essential link between our customers and our expert technicians, ensuring a seamless and outstanding service experience.
About the role
What you will be doing:
Be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our valued customers, both in person and over the phone.
Efficiently manage service and repair bookings, keeping customers informed every step of the way.
Collaborate closely with our workshop and parts teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Proactively advise customers on service and maintenance plans to keep their vehicles in optimal condition.
Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through clear, concise communication and thorough attention to detail.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to drivers and fleet operators, including MOT bookings.
What we are looking for:
A true customer service champion with outstanding communication skills.
Experience working with large fleet companies is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the One Link system is a plus.
Strong organisational skills and an excellent attention to detail.
A team player who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in a service advisor, customer service, or administrative role.
Previous experience in the automotive retail environment is a significant advantage.

- A full driver’s licence as driving duties is involved.

- Previous experience within the automotive industry
- Previous working experience with targets and selling
