And THAT is where you come in! We’re looking for talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey as we continue to grow, evolve, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

We're building a three-person in-house sales team who can connect with potential customers over the phone and in person to showcase our exciting new system. Your role will be to engage prospects, walk them through how it works, and seamlessly convert those demos into loyal customers—just like clockwork.

We've done the maths... and on target earnings for this role are £41,000+With NO CAP on commissions (more on this later!).

Your 'Hot List' of prospects includes literally hundreds of existing, paying customers who LOVE us and should all be using this system. So there's your first 100 sales, in the bag!*

*ok, not literally in the bag... you will need to talk to these people first, but it should be super simple really!

PLUS: You’ll have the support of our marketing efforts, working hard to generate interest and scheduled appointments with the right prospects—so you can focus on closing deals.

Our products are top-notch! They’re affordable, easy to showcase and for the right salesperson, a doddle to demo and sell!

That means that scavenging around for your next deal is probably a thing of the past.

Let's Talk Money:It's sales. So we know it's mostly about the moolah.That's why in addition to a base salary of £22,000 per year - you'll earn direct commission, with no limits or restrictions.

We work Monday - Saturday, so there are typically 25 working days in a month.If you did 3 demos per day...You'd likely close at least 1...Which is 25 sales per month...Or £1,200 in commission...Plus your base salary...So we'd expect you to be earning at least £3,200/month (£36,400/year) - with plenty of room for growth!

About the role

WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

8:50am: Cruise into Pennybridge Industrial Estate.
8:55am: Chit Chat with the staff while you make a coffee.
9:01am: Log on, clear that inbox and respond to replies from prospects.
9:20am: Team meeting with the Marketing Squad.
9:50am: Get prepped for your first appointment of the day!
10:00am: Appointment Call via Phone
10:48am: Process your first sale of the day (Ker-ching!)
10:50am: Bathroom Break (you can do this whenever you want this is just an example!!)
10:55am: Another Appointment!
11:30am: Send follow-up info to your last prospect.
12:00am: Blast the phones calling prospects to book in some demos for next week.
13:00pm: LUNCH 
13:30pm: Enjoy a stroll around the Industrial park.
14:00pm: Appointment time again!
14:02pm: Leave a voicemail (they won't always answer!!)
14:05pm: Hit those phones, booking more appointments.
14:50pm: Bathroom Break! (again... no pressure to schedule these!!)
15:00pm: Demo time (this time it's a good one!)
16:12pm: Process that sale!
16:30pm: Chase your follow-up list...
16:45pm: Process the sale you just made from your follow-ups (good work!)
17:32pm: Log off and head home!

*every day will be different and you'll be in charge/responsible for your schedule :)

The Nitty Gritty:
We work in our showroom at Pennybridge Industrial Estate Ballymena. It's bright, colourful, fun and you'll be equipped with the most cutting edge tech known to man!

We pay full-time salary but our working hours are 9am to 17.30pm – Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri, Late night 20.00 Thur & 9am to 12.30 Sat.

We're looking for someone who can be in-situ and ready to go and hit the ground running from the start of April.

Brand New Opportunity
Although the team here is almost 30+ strong, you'd be one of four founding members of this sales team, focussed exclusively on our CRM system sales. But you're not on your own... you'll be a major player in both the CRM and Marketing/Sales teams - a tight-knit group with an average age in the high 20's (early 30's if we're being honest with ourselves......) .

What you will need

  • At least 1 years previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English
