About the role

• Leading end to end recruitment within the business • Work closely with managers to ensure recruitment needs are met • Produce reports, as required, from the HR and recruitment systems • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding process • Provide a range of HR generalist responsibilities • To advise managers on all aspects of ER • To act as panel member/advisor within disciplinary/grievance meetings • Produce all related paper work in relation to disciplinary/grievance meetings • Take lead role in coordination of Disciplinary & Grievance procedures • Review that onsite engagement initiatives are in line with strategy • Train managers/employees on implementation of HR policies • Implement & coordinate new/existing employee benefits • Work with managers to provide professional HR advice and support • Being well organised and systematic. • Maintain and update all relevant employee data and files in line with Data Protection protocols. • Receive and manage HR queries via email and telephone, answering queries and escalating where necessary to maintain an efficient and effective service. • To participate as a member of the HR team, sharing good practice and knowledge, resolving common issues and ensuring consistency. • Act in a confidential and trustworthy manner at all times. • Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your manager. • Communicate any problems, uncertainties or training issues to your manager immediately. • Deal with customers in a courteous, professional and efficient manner at all times. • Any other duties as required and as deemed within your competence This job description is not exhaustive and serves only to highlight the main requirement of the post holder.
