Support Worker

About the role
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting people with daily living skills and independence
Being a strong advocate for the people we support and their families
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Building meaningful relationships and communicating effectively
Administering medication safely and responsibly
Supporting a fun and inclusive night hub for young people on Thursdays.
Working flexibly across services, including performance arts sessions.
