Your New Role:


 


A Key Account Assistant’s main focus is supporting the Key Account Manager in increasing sales with the Key Account, completing administration work and supporting in the development of new business with the Key Account customer.  The Key Account Assistant will focus on proactive project and customer targeting on linked accounts that will generate more business for Tobermore and the Key Account.  A Key Account Assistant will support the Key Account Manager in working closely with the Commercial Sales Team to make the Key Account customer a success.

About the role

Key Responsibilities:

1.Target groundworkers, contractors & house builders tagged to Keyline in order to get new business from them.

2.Use Barbour ABI and LinkedIn as a means of searching for new business aligned to these tagged customers.

3. Use tasks daily to manage workload, ensuring all work is planned into the diary for the month ahead.

4.Update Dynamics opportunities with drawings, quotes, notes and BOQs received into the Keyline inbox.

5.Assist with providing information and material required for Branch & KAM meetings.

6.Assist in contacting Keyline branches and KAM’s when a CSM is not in area.

7.Update Dynamics opportunities and accounts with the info gained at the bi-weekly quote follow up meetings.

8. Add new contacts to Keyline accounts or other customer accounts on Dynamics when an enquiry is received.

9.Add updates received from Keyline on ‘Tobermore Passed’ opportunities to Dynamics.

10. Raise a new opportunity for each Keyline tender received that is a new project for the business.

11.Raise new opportunities from CSM meeting notes with branches and KAMs.

12.Raise new opportunities received into the Keyline inbox or received from the CSM.

13.Update opportunities each week with Keyline order details 

14.Tag Keyline ledger accounts to Dynamics.

15. Provide support and cover the to the Key Account Manager by attending internal Keyline meetings when required.

16.Send Keyline Fantasy Football prizes and vouchers.

17. Assist with sending Thank You boxes and other marketing collateral to Keyline customers when required.

18. Play an active role in Tobermore’s regional team meetings when required.

19. Support the Specification, House Building, BD and Commercial teams in their strategies to increase specifications and sales.

20. Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your manager.
