Wilson’s Country is the leading potato brand in Ireland. Our commitment to innovation and marketing has positioned us as one of the leaders in the industry, supplying retailers, foodservice and food manufacturers with own label and branded prepack, peeled and convenience potatoes. New divisions of blanched chips and mash have been added to the company profile of products and there has never been a more exciting time to join the business as we continue to grow and develop in every aspect.

Potatoes are our passion… Since Angus Wilson started the business from the family farm in the 1980’s we have grown from strength to strength. We now employ over 135 staff who work from our 10 acre site in County Armagh. We are one of the premier potato packers and processors in Ireland. We hold key accounts with many of the leading food retailers in the country.

Investment in our premises, our staff and our growers ensures that we offer a quality product and excellent service We strive to make people inspired by potatoes…the poor potato can get a bit of a bad press so that is why we are constantly innovating. We challenge ourselves by evolving our variety portfolio, our packaging, our range and our production processes. We want you to realise how exciting potatoes actually are! By their nature, potatoes are seasonal, meaning we can handle up to 30 different varieties of potatoes in one year. This equates to about 3.5 million individual potatoes per week…now that’s a lot of potatoes! Dealing with such a vast number of spuds means we truly are passionate about potatoes.
