HR & Training Administrator

We have an immediate opportunity for a HR & Training Administrator to join our ambitious HR team. The hours for this post can be flexible for either part time/full time work,

The role holder will predominantly support recruitment and selection and training functions across the Macklin Group portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the implementation of a relatively new training academy as well as providing an effective and efficient end to end recruitment and selection service.

About the role

The successful candidate must have previous, relevant experience and be an expert in handling high volume, and diverse recruitment campaigns. You will be working within a high performing team and focused on building relationships with business contacts and candidates alike.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential Criteria

· 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above to include Maths and English
· Proven track record in a fast paced and challenging Recruitment/HR environment
· Proven track record in managing end to end recruitment lifecycles
· Experience in developing brand initiatives
· Demonstrable knowledge of using social media
· Excellent IT Skills
· Eligibility to live and work in the UK
· Full UK driving licence and access to a car

 

Desirable Criteria

· Excellent sector knowledge & contacts
· Experience of International recruitment
· Previous experience of Fair Employment Monitoring and Article 55 Review completion and submission

Skills

· Creative thinker
· Proven strong communication skills both verbal and written
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to think independently and work on own initiative
· Highly organized with capability of handling multiple campaigns and working to tight deadlines
· Analytical skill-set, with a strong attention to detail
