  • You will spend time in each of our key sales functions, learning about key Tobermore products, sales strategies, and sales techniques.
  • To support your ongoing personal development, you will have the opportunity to attend personal development learning workshops with the People Team, twice in each rotation.
  • You will also have the opportunity to participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team building activities
