Commercial Admin

Working as a key member of the team the candidate will use commercial acumen to analyze maintenance jobs complete by way of descriptions and photographs to add the codes to formulate a claim to our clients for the works complete.

Working from home is a possibility and training will be provided.  As a company we aim to make people happy and healthy in the buildings they live in and work in every day.  This role helps us achieve that by maintaining cash flow with the clients and completing jobs on time.

About the role

·         Billing off jobs completed using industry standard codes on our in-house bespoke software via remote dial in.

·         Resolution of missing SOR’s 

·         Prepare weekly/monthly statements as required

·         Deal with queries 

·         Liaising with suppliers and Contract Managers

·         Data input and processing

·         Assist with Operational and Financial audits internal and external 

·         Ability to work effectively as part of a team even when remote

·         Uphold Data Protection Policies

·         Any other Ad hoc duties
