Maintenance Assistant
We currently have an opportunity for a maintenance assistant to join our award-winning team.
Working across 3 our homes: Leabank Care Home Ballycastle, Ratheane Care Home Coleraine and Milesian Manor Lifestyle Care Home Maghera

About the role
Basic Function: To carry out repairs, service checks, maintenance, gardening and general up-keep of grounds across all Group locations as per Management instruction.

What you will need
Required criteria
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
- Full driving licence and access to own car for travelling as required
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Must have a good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work set hours, flexible to meet the needs of the organisation
Desired criteria
- General knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- Previous experience of undertaking PATS testing
- Electrician/plumbing certificate
- Experience of Medical equipment repairs
