Spa Attendant
Reports to: Spa Manager
We currently have opportunities for full time and part time Spa Attendants to join our growing team.
The Ideal Candidate for This Position:
· Must be courteous and customer focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
· Previous experience working as a Spa Attendant in a hotel is desirable.
· Flexible to work both mid week and weekend shifts.
Will be standards driven and detail orientated with the desire to progress within the luxury market.
About the role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· To ensure the highest levels of cleanliness in the spa on a day to day basis
· To greet clients/guests throughout the spa at all times in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner
· Be responsible for the routine servicing of guest areas to the required standard.
· Deals with all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
· Ensure that all checklists are completed.
· To ensure there is a supply of clean towels available for guests
· To ensure there is a fresh stock of fruit, juices and water available for guests
· To ensure that the guests/clients needs and requirements are met or exceeded
· To ensure that the thermal suite/ relaxation room/ changing rooms and all public areas is kept clean at all times
What you will need
Required criteria
- Right to work in Ireland
- Good Command of English Language
- Customer service experience
- At Least 2 Year's Experience in a Similar Role
- Working Knowledge of Computers, to include Microsoft Suite
