About the role

Position overview

As a Switchboard Operator your main responsibilities at Slieve Donard will be to receive and forward both internal and external calls from our guests.  You will be required to respond to common questions and queries about the property and our services. As the ‘voice’ of the hotel, you will be a key part of our team, at the heart of the guest’s journey, providing a personalised and warm welcome to each caller while dealing with queries in a professional and positive manner.

This role could be based either in the hotel or remotely from home for the right candidate.
