Front office manager

As front office manager you will report to our company director and accounts manager


main duties :


to oversee day to day front office operations of the hotel


To ensure all guests are greeted in a courteous , polite manner


professional management of guest complaints


Delegation of duties to reception and reservations team


oversee and manage guest room availability across multiple forums


Training & rostering of the reception/ reservation team 


Room Revenue & Yield management

About the role
