Supervisor (Openreach)

Working within a busy team in an expanding Utilities company, for our client Openreach N.I.


 


You will oversee various teams working on civils, ducting, proving etc. including site visits to ensure the work is of a high standard


 


A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations, and ability to relay to squads on site 


 


Hours:  Mon-Fri (07:00 - 17:00).  Overtime is available

About the role

The role will involve visiting sites prior to excavation, taking photographs and uploading to an internal job control system

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be expected to start your day in the office and return at the end of the day to complete paperwork

Managing your own time, you will be responsible for ensuring squads are working to company standards.

Liaison with Openreach planners and Clerk Of Works on a regular basis, monitoring sites to ensure work is carried out to correct specification

Completion of audit reports on a daily basis

Any extra work carried out on a job requires hand drawings and "Deviation of Works" report to be sent to Openreach N.I.
