Compliance Administrator
A demanding position which requires an individual to work flexibly and also be able to use their own initiative in a fast-moving environment.
About the role
- Management of up to 150 vehicles, including booking in services, MOT’s and any other repairs required
- Working closely with engineers and planners Compliance and Enforcement of all quality, environmental, safety and health ( H&S will be led and managed by Compliance Manager however you may be asked to assist with write ups etc)
- Monitor all vehicle trackers exporting the data to excel for each department
- Sending Forms to Supervisor per Audit Rota weekly and saving on server and downloading grid on a monthly basis for discussion at monthly QESH Meetings.
- Liaising with Managers and Operatives to ensure employees have transport at all times.
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Providing Support to Admin teams as required
- Uphold Data Protection Policies
- Any other Ad hoc tasks as required
Health & Safety:
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
- Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
- Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
- Observe & follow all manual handling practices
What you will need
Required criteria
- Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level
- Computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word and Excel
- Use of a data input system desirable (e.g. Housing Maintenance Software)
- Administration qualification or demonstrable 2 years’ experience required
- Excellent demonstrable customer service
- Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner
- Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI’s are delivered
