Pollock Lifts are seeking to hire a Production Manager at their Carrickfergus Site.

About the role

  • Key Accountabilities of this role will include: 

    • Effective leadership and management of multi-disciplinary teams 
    • Planning and Organizing production schedules
    • Implementing Company Lean initiatives and Continuous Improvement efforts 
    • Ensuring a safe working environment 
    • Work with key suppliers to maximise cost reduction opportunities 
    • Ensuring Quality Controls standards are met
    • Providing professional internal and external Customer service 
    • Developing a technically qualified workforce 
    • Overseeing day-to-day activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly key performance indicators 
    • Addressing key metrics to Annual Operating Plan and appropriate financial forecasts 
    • Commit to the company’s Environmental objectives including reduction of waste 
    • Partnering with appropriate functions to ensure customer deliverables and expectations are being met
