Location: Head Office, Tobermore
Job Summary:
To assist the Marketing Team to deliver the marketing strategy and team objectives and enhance Tobermore brand awareness and grow sales.
About the role
Key responsibilities:
Assist with the content and delivery of marketing campaigns.
Create informative and engaging copy for digital channels e.g. blogs, videos, e-communications and e-magazines.
Plan, publish and schedule social media content e.g. Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
Provide creative ideas for content and the website.
Assist with managing the performance of digital marketing campaigns and implement agreed actions.
Assist the sales teams with social media, setting up profiles and implementing social media guidelines to assist with engagement and social selling.
Creation and execution of sector specific e-mail based marketing campaigns via Mail-chimp
Provide tailored presentation content for meetings to assist the sales teams.
Assist with the production of marketing collateral.
Obtain positive testimonials from customers for use in marketing collateral and case-studies.
Gather project information for feature projects and case studies from Dynamics/Navision
Report on PR/News Coverage and produce press releases.
Promote Design services via customers.
Support events and exhibitions with marketing collateral.
Assist with the marketing session at factory visits, take photography and arrange video testimonials.
Keep Customer Intranets up to date by uploading relevant content.
Keep up-to-date with marketing trends and tools.
Assist with other relevant marketing duties as and when required.
Reserve Lists
We use reserve lists for positions where more than one candidate is deemed suitable for a position. Reserve lists are in place for 12 months during which reserve candidates will be offered the same or similar post should one become available during this time.
What you will need
Required criteria
- • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- • A strong knowledge of the key concepts of marketing – Content, Social Media, Website, SEO, Email Marketing and Design.
- • Highly Creative.
- • High attention to detail.
- • Very well organised.
- • Self-motivated.
- • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- • Works well under pressure.
- • Time Management.
- • Adaptable to change.
- • A degree in a Marketing or Business related discipline OR 3+ years’ work experience in similar role.
- • 1+ years’ experience in a Marketing position (this can be a placement year)
Desired criteria
- • Post graduate diploma in a Marketing or Business related discipline.
- • Experience of working in a marketing role within the construction industry.
