About the role

  • Grant Thornton NI is seeking to hire a Facilities Assistant. This role will support a busy Facilities team and the wider office.

    Duties:

    Delivery and post duties
    Front of House and events support
    Stock replenishment
    Supporting weekly audits
    Maintaining up-to-date records
    All other general facilities duties as required
    Active involvement in continuous improvement projects
     

    Essential Criteria:

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Ability to work well within a team
    Excellent time management skills
    Attention to detail
    Computer literate
    Forward thinking, proactive and works well on own initiative
     

    Desirable Criteria:

    Previous facilities support experience
