Customer Service Team Member
Moore’s Animal Feeds Ltd is a well-established company in the animal feed industry, situated in the picturesque countryside close to Slemish. We have a strong reputation for providing quality products to a large customer base across NI.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Member to complement our small busy office team.
Salary £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
About the role
Interacting with both customers and team members, in-person and on the telephone, the customer service team member will be responsible for processing customer orders, despatching and sales invoicing, cash allocations, end of month procedures (such as statement production, etc.) and general office duties.
What you will need
Required criteria
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent), at grade C or above. OR 3 years’ recent experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and team members.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Highly numerate.
- Competent in the use of MS office packages.
