(Senior) ERP Project Manager

3EN Group are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an expanding Programme Management Office (PMO) team and lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle on large and complex NetSuite ERP projects. Working closely with members of the Professional & Technical Services team, client organisations and third parties, the Project Manager will take a lead role on assigned projects to ensure they are delivered to time, cost, quality, and scope.

As a member of the PMO, the Project Manager will be expected to contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery 

An ideal candidate will:

·        Manage day-to-day project activities and resources, chair project management team meetings and ceremonies. 

·        Communicate the client’s vision for the project to the project team, fostering an environment for team collaboration to implement the vision.

·        Report project success criteria results, metrics, milestones, dependencies, risks & issues, test, and deployment management activities, working with the client and organization to value results.

·        Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, C-Suite, and key stakeholders.

·        Taking a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring any risks and issues identified are addressed and, where appropriate, escalated.

·        Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication.

·        Appreciate interdependencies between technologies, operation, and business needs. 

·        Facilitate the team in defining success criteria including “definition of done” and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle. 

·        Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organisation.

·        Coach and mentor both project team and others to apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques.

·        Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices.

    ·        Can actively address risks, issues and dependencies including where ownership exists outside the team or no clear ownership exists.

    ·        Can identify innovative ways to unblock impediments.


    ·        Able to take a continuous approach to planning, forecasting, estimating, managing uncertainty, metrics and measurements, contingency planning, and road mapping.

    Making the process work

    ·        Can identify and challenge organisational processes that are unnecessarily complicated and inefficient.

    ·        Can understand that all steps in a process must add value.

    Able to challenge and influence stakeholders to review the ‘as is’ process and where necessary, introduce changes to optimize and increase efficiencies

  • Reserve Lists
