Our Culture

With more than 40 years of expertise in the beef slaughtering and deboning industry, Foyle Food Group operate eight state-of-the-art facilities across five sites throughout the UK and Ireland, and is the largest single species food processor in the United Kingdom. We’re passionate about sustainability and we strive to eliminate wastage of time and resources in every area of our business. Our goal is to continuously improve the way we work, maximizing efficiency and reducing our environmental footprint wherever possible. Our cattle are fed on a grass-based diet and open air, which allows for a more comfortable and stress-free environment from beginning to end. We have also been certified to the internationally–recognised ISO14001 standard which informs all aspects of the company’s environmental lifecycle, challenging us to learn and prove that even big businesses can tread lightly.
