Our cattle are fed on a grass-based diet and open air, which allows for a more comfortable and stress-free environment from beginning to end. We have also been certified to the internationally–recognised ISO14001 standard which informs all aspects of the company’s environmental lifecycle, challenging us to learn and prove that even big businesses can tread lightly.
