Our Culture

Investing in our team is something we pride ourselves on. Our training, mentoring and career development programme is a key part of our company strategy. If you’ve come straight from university and need on-the-job training, are interested in expanding into different areas of the business or want to create new opportunities, we actively encourage and support your needs and aspirations every step of the way. Many in our team have been with us after starting straight after education or as part of a training programme, or have had different careers altogether. One thing they all have in common is their desire to strive for better, to keep growing personally and professionally and working together for the greater good.
Our company culture is built on creating a friendly and personable atmosphere and we encourage each team member to get involved in living by this ethos. As a family business we believe we are inclusive so are always keen to hear ways of making the office environment better by ensuring we listen and act on good suggestions. We are a social bunch and have a full calendar of activities both in and out of the office, including events in Belfast and London, team building away-days and corporate social responsibility fundraising activities for our charity partner CLIC Sargent.
