Established in 2013, S3 is an independent consultancy company. We help public and 3rd sector organisations deliver meaningful social change.


Our Culture

Our mission is to leave a positive and lasting impact on the people, organisations and communities we work with, supporting social change. Our work is channelled through two distinct but connected parts of the business: Consultancy Service: Our areas of expertise are in research, evaluation and impact measurement, feasibility study, business planning and strategic planning. We specialise in the use of economic and financial valuation tools and we communicate findings through highly visual and easy to understand reports. Subscription Service: We provide a monthly subscription service for 3rd sector organisations (sports clubs, charities, social enterprises, community groups etc). Typically, we provide help with sourcing funding, action planning, advice, fundraising, tenders & bid writing, gift aid and more.
