We're thrilled to announce some significant updates and enhancements to our platform going live this week that we believe will greatly improve your experience and efficiency. Here's a rundown of the latest features:
New Look And Feel
We are pleased to announce a new feature to enhance your user experience on smaller screens. Our sidebar is now collapsible, offering you three options:
- Auto-Collapse Function: Automatically collapses the sidebar for a streamlined view.
- Lock Option: Keeps the sidebar in place for a traditional look and feel.
- Manual Collapse: Allows you to collapse the sidebar as needed.
Additionally, we have improved the navigation for submenus. Now, all submenu items can be viewed and navigated on a single screen without the need for scrolling.
We hope these updates make your navigation more efficient and enjoyable.
Auto Rejection
Our auto-rejection feature has been enhanced. You can now set auto reject on filtering questions, enabling you to reject candidates based on specific questions, send them a pre-defined template, and provide a reason for the rejection—all with ease.
Custom Sources
Introducing custom sources! Now you can create and add your own sources to any applicants, giving you more flexibility and control over reporting.
Assessment Days
You can now easily select the number of slots needed for an assessment day and send invitations to candidates within minutes. This new functionality allows you to define the number of slots for each assessment session, providing greater flexibility and efficiency.
New Checklists
Ability to quickly view status, add notes and track in multiple locations
Quick View Visibility on Onboarding
New Onboarding tab allows you to navigate through each candidate easily showing you the status in each document, checklists and percentage complete!
Set Alternative Interview Location:
Designate a location as a non-interview venue and select an alternative location with ease, providing flexibility in your interview process.
HR Integrations We've expanded our HR integrations and have more in the pipeline, ensuring seamless connectivity with your HR systems.

Enhanced CV Parsing We've streamlined the CV parsing process! Now, instead of parsing all CVs upfront, you can effortlessly parse any CV with just a click of a button once a candidate is shortlisted. Rest assured, all CVs will still be parsed for clients participating in our diversity ambassador program. |
Filter Jobs on Internal/External: We've introduced a new filter on the job listing page, allowing you to filter between internal and external job listings effortlessly. |
Manually Add Candidate Updates Easily drop a manually added candidate into any stage of the job role and specify the source, whether it's a job board or custom source.

Edit Interview Date and Time Now you have the flexibility to edit the date and time of booked interviews, ensuring better coordination with candidates and interviewers.
