SeeMeHired.com features an agency module that allows you to manage your recruitment agencies completely digitally.
From the SeeMeHired.com Agency Module, add the contact emails of your recruitment agency representatives as required.
Share with Agencies
Create and upload your job to SeeMeHired. Once created there will be a link generated, with a button displayed which says ‘Send link to agencies’. This sends the custom agency URL for the job to your contact from the selected agency.
The Agency then sends the link on to their suitable candidates.
When the candidate comes into the SeeMeHired.com platform and applies for the job, a flag with the agency name is attached to that candidate for accurate tracking of all applications that came through an agency.
The agency receives updates on their candidate’s progression at each stage of the recruitment process (shortlisted, interview, offer/declined).
