Cash and Banking Administrator

We are looking for a Cash and Banking Administrator to join our Accounts team at our Head Office in Talacre, North Wales!

This is a permanent position to work full time hours. Hours will typically be standard office hours working Monday to Friday with 4pm finishes on a Friday!

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About the role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Cash and Banking Administrator will

·      Download and post bank transactions to the finance system.

·      Allocate and match receipts/payments to customer/supplier accounts.

·      Reconcile and post petty cash transactions to the finance system.

·      Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations.

·      Posting and reconciling of EPOS Revenue.

·      Issuing and managing Petty Cash.

·      Assist with process improvements in the Cash and Banking function.

·      Other Adhoc work as requested.

Requirements:

Previous experience within a similar role is preferred. Experience with Business Central is advantageous. Good Excel skills (pivot tables & lookups is advantageous). We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a positive work ethic and willingness to learn. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the resort.
